Our children met the legendary sports presenter Tom Ross

Nine of our Radio Whiz presenters today visited Free Radio studios in Birmingham.

The Radio Whiz presenters are our daily presenters on our school radio station. They play music and make news announcements to parents.

The unique opportunity was arranged by Mr Baddhan, with the help of Mrs Sargant who took the children to the station on Broad Street.

They were shown around the station and were also able to ask questions to the staff. The children were also able to sit in an actual radio studio and also see a live presenter speak live onair.

Wow! I am so so jealous. Would love to have come along on your trip. Always fancied trying out as a radio presenter.

What a credit to Bells Farm! The children found the trip educational and also experienced the workings of a real radio station – some useful tips for when they present on our school radio.
